Holy Christmas, Batman!

Is it just me, or is Christmas coming earlier every year? If I remember correctly, we didn't see Christmas decorations, commercials or anything else to do with that holiday until AFTER Thanksgiving's leftovers had run out. This year, I found Christmas decorations on the shelves before Halloween.

I understand that most stores consider the Christmas season their "big" selling season. I understand that prolonging that "time" may help increase the year's sales. But it seems as though the "season" is creeping up the calendar each year. It won't be long before we actually experience Christmas in July.

Well, for years people have wished to keep the season all year long. We just may just get our wish.
