Hot Laptop Burns Scientist's Penis

It's a headline that looks like it belongs to a National Enquirer article, but I found it on CNN. I guess not too many are surprised that it happened to a scientist and not a financial analyst...

I couldn't resist. When I saw this, I had to print it and tape it to the door of the LAN shop. And of course, I had to comment on it ... "Please be very careful" is politely scrawled in the whitespace of the header.

It gets better -- not only did I post this on the door, but I talked to the site manager and now I've got a bulletin board that I can use (in the main hallway) to post my interesting little techy articles. Bwahahahahaha.... I could really enjoy the chore of sifting through tech magazines for articles like this - officially.
