Well, I signed up for the next exam. I'll be taking it this coming Tues morning. It's the pass/fail exam that I flunked last time (Network Infrastructure).
As part of the prep, I went to the Brain Buzz site to see what people are saying about the exam. Quite a few didn't see what was so tough about it. Hmmm... Then I found out: THEY DOUBLED THE TIME LIMIT!!! No wonder people are actually passing the exam...
The first time I took the test, I got 65 questions and only 90 min to answer them. I didn't even get to see 11 of the questions as time ran out and my test stopped after the 90 min had expired. Although they haven't updated the exam information page - the comments about the test prompted me to just get with it and schedule the exam. Apparently the exam has been changed to 185 min with only 57 questions! Naturally, there's nothing about this on the Microsoft site.
No, I'm not going to slack off and spend the weekend watching movies and eating popcorn. But, I'm not going to wait and overstudy for the exam, either. I'll read through the material I had planned on reading and practice the questions in the Test Yourself book. And I should be able to get it this time.
