Monhegan Lighthouse
Here's another lighthouse drawing. This one was done with chalk pastels and colored pencil. I'm finding the chalk pastels easier to work with than the oil pastels. It's easier for me to "build up" color with the chalk - perhaps I just need to learn to use a different technique with the oil-based pastels...?
The composition was taken from a photograph on a card. It's a photo of the Monhegan Lighthouse on Monhegan Island in Maine.
