Tech Support

This is the crystal ball I use for tech support....

Lan USER: My computer doesn't work...
Me: Ah...let me gaze into my crystal ball. Ah-ha! There it is. That's an easy problem to fix. Let me just wave my magic wand and.....it's fixed. You can continue your work now.
Lan USER: Thanks. But, next time, it would be better if you could anticipate these types of things and fix them ahead of time so I don't have to be interrupted like this.
Me: I'll try harder next time. Hey...while you're here....Have I told you lately how SMART you are? You're an absolute GENIUS! I would have never thought of that "ahead of time" thing. I'll work on that right away...

Yeah...right. That happens...
