Bristol Ferry Light

This light can be found at the foot of the Mount Hope Bridge. If you're coming towards the bridge from the Bristol, Rhode Island side, even though the lighthouse is on the right, you have to take the road on the left to access it.

The first two photos are from the lighthouse cruise. I remember wishing I could visit this lighthouse from land. The third shot is what you see at the end of the access road. This lighthouse is on Coast Guard property and you cannot drive on the road in the picture.

Why are the lights on the Mt Hope Bridge blue on the outside? (toward the water)
