INE All-Access Pass
I really can't say enough about INE's materials for prep. I haven't taken the Lab yet, but I do have much more confidence from going through their videos and Workbooks.
I started with Workbook I and Workbook II -- and from that, I felt that it wasn't enough. However, the AAP (All-Access Pass) gives you that "extra" that I felt was missing. You get access to the streamed version of everything on their site. The videos are awesome and give in-depth coverage of the technologies. Also note that if you have the AAP, you can get a discount on the Workbook bundles.
In addition to the technical information, they also give you some solid advice regarding strategy. That's probably the most helpful part. You can get the technical information from the Cisco site, Cisco Press, RFCs and Whitepapers. However, INE tells you how to put it all together.
In addition, they will send you a shirt with your name and number on it when you submit a success story:
