If you need information on PKI itself, this was covered in Section 2.0. This section (I think) relates to Digital Certificates/PKI for IPsec VPNs.
The above document is very long, but has a lot of good information. You should probably read through it and become familiar with it. However, given the content of section 5 and the topics covered, it's likely that anything on this section would really be asked in Section 2.0 and probably center around PKI functionality and technology. Again, the best materials for VPNs (of all types) are the INE videos.
