One of the frustrating things about this is that all the materials redirect to the Mobility Client page. Regardless of its current relevance, if this ends up on the exam, you will need to know it. The page I found for this is the Cisco Secure Desktop FAQ. If you go through this page, it will cover everything that might actually be on the exam. One of the suggestions for studying that INE always recommends (for the labs) is to go to the Technology page for any of the technologies and take a good look through the FAQs. They are items that actual customers ran into and are considered relevant to know for CCIE exams.
