Organic Poetry

Ah, the science of poetry
Or is it the poetry of science?
A molecule of words
Can be manipulated
So I can hear my stereo-isomers
Provoke different boiling points.
Basic words
Read by an acid heart
React to form water.
And I never knew anyone who learned
Anything from a buffer solution.
