The Tea Party of Love and Other Strange Hats

The bear came knocking
Gently at my door.
I told him to come in
And we sat at the table
Eating movies and sipping sexuality.
Each time he visited, he
Rapped a little harder,
Stayed a little longer,
Cared a little deeper.
We began to be able to
Trade our dreams,
Inspire our poems,
Play our roles.
Sometimes he was Teddy
Cuddling and keeping me secure
Sometimes he was Grizzly
Strict and keeping me in line.
One day, he knocked violently.
I let him in, as usual.
Laying all he had on the table,
He brushed the movies and sexuality
Off the table and they fell to the floor.
He loves me
And I don't know what to say...
