One thing you notice when you're in a blogathon -- everything. I normally don't put the time on my regular blog posts. But, for the blogathon, I've been putting the time. Well...that's not working well - since apparently the software/server doesn't compensate for Daylight Savings Time or something. I'm working on that and making sure it runs more smoothly. I would like to be able to simply upload the pics...say a little something...and move on. It may take some time this morning to get that process working.

Another thing I forgot... MT defaults to "create new post" with an upload. I had to write the Goat Island post over 3 times just for clicking the wrong button! Because, of course, whatever you had in the entry vanishes when it creates a new post with the image you just uploaded. Arrrgh! Damn the default. And don't forget - you also lose the post when you try to fix the time and you use '9' instead of the required '09'... Your post is gone, you're looking at an error page, and you have to start again.

Then I noticed that the popups for some of them are huge. Okay...I'm going back over those to fix that. And...since I don't normally allow comments... there's some type of error on the individual pages where comments = null... Ah. It'll all get fixed as we go along.
